Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 January 2025

Important Notice

All initial deposits paid at the time of booking are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Flight prices are subject to change at any time prior to full ticketing, in line with airline fare rules and availability. Please read these terms carefully before confirming your booking.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and all services provided by Flight Catchers(“we”, “our”, “us”, or “the Company”). By accessing our website, making an enquiry, or proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Flight Catchers acts as a travel agent arranging flights, holiday packages, and Umrah packages on behalf of its clients. We work with a range of airlines, hotels, and ground operators to deliver travel services. As an ATOL holder, applicable flight and flight-inclusive holiday bookings are financially protected.

1. Definitions

  • “Client” / “You” — any individual or party who makes an enquiry, booking request, or purchase through Flight Catchers
  • “Booking” — a confirmed travel reservation made through Flight Catchers, whether for a flight, package, or Umrah programme
  • “Deposit” — an initial non-refundable payment made to secure a booking
  • “Balance” — the remaining amount due after the deposit has been paid
  • “Supplier” — any airline, hotel, ground operator, or third-party service provider used to fulfil your booking

2. Bookings and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you have received a written confirmation from Flight Catchers along with a booking reference number. Verbal confirmations or automated website submissions alone do not constitute a confirmed booking.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking
  • By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete
  • You are responsible for ensuring all travelling parties are aware of and agree to these Terms
  • It is your responsibility to ensure all passport, visa, and travel document requirements are met prior to departure
  • Name changes after ticketing are subject to airline policies and may incur significant fees or require a new booking

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Quoted Prices

All prices quoted by Flight Catchers are indicative at the time of enquiry and are subject to change until a booking is fully confirmed and ticketed. Prices are based on live airline fare availability and fluctuate continuously based on demand, seat availability, fuel surcharges, and airline-imposed conditions.

Price Change Policy

Flight Catchers reserves the right to pass on any price increases to the client where an airline, consolidator, or supplier has revised the fare prior to full ticketing. In such circumstances, we will notify you of the revised price as soon as possible. You will have the option to accept the new price or cancel the booking. If you choose to cancel under these circumstances, any non-refundable components (including deposits) remain non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Deposits

Non-Refundable Deposit

All deposits paid at the time of booking are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: cancellation by the client, changes in personal circumstances, illness, visa refusal, bereavement, or any other reason. The deposit is used to secure pricing and availability with our suppliers and cannot be recovered once a booking has been initiated.

3.3 Balance Payments

The balance of payment is due by the date specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in automatic cancellation of your booking, forfeiture of the deposit, and potential re-pricing if the booking is to be reinstated.

3.4 Taxes and Fees

All quoted prices include airline taxes and fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Airport improvement taxes, overseas departure taxes, and visa fees are not always included and may be payable locally. We will advise you of any such charges at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and Amendments

4.1 Cancellation by You

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing by email. Cancellation charges will apply from the date we receive your written notice, as follows:

Notice Period Before DepartureCancellation Charge
More than 70 daysDeposit only (non-refundable)
43–70 days30% of total booking cost
29–42 days50% of total booking cost
15–28 days75% of total booking cost
14 days or less100% of total booking cost

Note: Some airlines and suppliers impose 100% cancellation charges regardless of notice period. These will be advised at the time of booking.

4.2 Amendments by You

Any request to amend a confirmed booking (including date changes, name corrections, or route changes) must be made in writing. Amendment fees may apply from both Flight Catchers and the airline or supplier. We cannot guarantee that amendments will be possible, and some fares are entirely non-changeable.

5. Airline and Supplier Changes

Airlines and suppliers occasionally make changes to flight schedules, routes, aircraft type, and services. Flight Catchers will endeavour to notify you of any significant changes as soon as we become aware. Minor changes (such as flight time alterations of less than 12 hours) will be notified but do not entitle you to a refund.

In the event of a significant change by an airline or supplier, you will be offered the choice of:

  • Accepting the change and continuing with the booking
  • An alternative product of comparable standard where available
  • A refund of the affected supplier's portion of the booking (less non-refundable deposit and any non-recoverable third-party costs)

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Your insurance should cover cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, repatriation, baggage loss, and personal liability. Flight Catchers accepts no liability for any losses that would have been covered had adequate travel insurance been in place. We can assist in recommending suitable insurance providers upon request.

7. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party hold valid passports, appropriate visas, and satisfy any health or vaccination requirements for your destination. Flight Catchers provides general guidance where possible but cannot be held responsible for any denial of boarding or entry due to inadequate documentation.

  • UK passports must typically be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date
  • Visa requirements vary by destination and nationality — always check with the relevant embassy or consulate
  • Entry requirements can change at short notice; check the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) travel advice at gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice

8. ATOL Protection

Flight Catchersholds an Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) issued by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). When you book a flight-inclusive holiday with us, your booking will be protected under ATOL. An ATOL Certificate will be issued confirming the protection applicable to your booking. Not all travel services offered are ATOL protected — please ask us to confirm the protection applicable to your specific booking.

9. Liability

Flight Catchers acts as an agent for the various airlines, hotels, and service providers used to fulfil your travel arrangements. Our liability to you is limited as follows:

  • We are not liable for any act, omission, or default of any airline or third-party supplier
  • We are not responsible for losses, delays, or disruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control including, but not limited to, severe weather, industrial action, war, terrorism, pandemics, or government restrictions
  • Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total cost of your booking
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss including loss of enjoyment, business loss, or additional expenses incurred as a result of changes or cancellations

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your booking or travel experience, please raise it with us as soon as possible. Complaints should be submitted in writing to info@flightcatchers.com. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and provide a full response within 28 days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

Flight Catchers reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will be published on our website. Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend you review this page periodically.
